Employer Obesity Care Survey 

In partnership with the Iowa Healthiest State Initiative and Iowa State University, CI-SHRM is excited to announce a new initiative aimed at promoting a healthier work environment. As part of our commitment to employee well-being, we are surveying Iowa businesses to assess your business’s needs, interests, opportunities, and challenges related to workplace obesity prevention and treatment. Your insights and participation are crucial in helping us shape effective strategies and programs. 

Obesity is a growing concern that affects the health and productivity of employees. By understanding the challenges and opportunities within our workplaces, we can develop targeted interventions that support healthier lifestyles. This survey will gather valuable data on current practices, perceived barriers, and potential solutions for obesity prevention.
