An HR expert may also be available to act as a mentor, providing guidance and support. The focus is on peer support, ensuring members can lean on others with similar experience.
  2. Experience-Based Group (0-5 Years)
For those with 0 to 5 years of experience, this group provides a space to connect, learn, and grow together. Members will engage in discussions that cater to their stage in the HR profession, offering advice and insights on the challenges faced early in their careers.
  3. Experience-Based Group (6+ Years)
This group is for more experienced professionals with 6+ years in the HR field. Members will be encouraged to share knowledge, mentor others, and offer guidance on advanced topics.
