Our goal is to ensure that the CI-SHRM leadership team and chapter members are kept informed of pending legislative, regulatory, and legal action at the federal, state, and local level that may have an impact on our communities, our employees, and the management of human resources so that we can serve as a resource on crafting effective public policy.

Panelists will share:

• The legislative priorities for the 2024 session in Iowa.
• What's likely to get passed.
• Challenges to getting desired legislation passed.
• What CI-SHRM members can do to help legislative issues that they support.
• How we can stay informed.
